How to Cure Chronic Bad BreathChronic bad breath can be attributed to a variety of different ailments, but most commonly you will find that it is caused by something going haywire in your body. While chronic bad breath may be totally harmless to you, it can have dramatic effects on your relationships with others, as nobody really wants to be around a person with bad breath – no matter how much fun, how comical or how nice to talk to you are. Luckily enough, as soon as you identify the cause of your chronic bad breath, treating it is a breeze and usually does not require any pain, suffering or powerful drugs at all unlike many other chronic illnesses. So, if you or a loved one you know suffers from bad breath, perhaps now is as good of a time as ever for you to help them find a way to cure it. Most often, bad breath is caused by one of several factors. The most common of these factors is dry mouth. Without the necessary amounts of saliva in your mouth, your body is unable to wash away all of the smells, chemicals and bacteria that you ingest when you eat your food. Therefore, chronic bad breath appears because you have a large buildup of these nauseous microbes in your mouth and airway. In an attempt to combat this buildup, you should ask your dentist about artificial saliva or if you only have a small shortage of saliva, you can always eat mints, drink water or chew gum to try and get your saliva back to its proper levels. Another cause of chronic bad breath has to do with your dental care habits. Far too many people do not brush or floss as often as they should, an unfortunate problem that can lead to chronic bad breath in the future. So long as you brush and floss at least twice a day and use your favorite brand of mouthwash at least once a day, your bad breath should subside within weeks.
