How to Start a Bad Breath Treatment Regimen

Then you should rinse your mouth out with mouthwash or a mixture of baking soda and water. Finally, to complete the bad breath remedy, you should floss your teeth and then brush once more to make sure that there is no plaque, food residue or bacterial buildup of any kind that might be left over from flossing.
